Through the word insertion it is possible to account for the action of including one thing in another, or of including an individual in a group when, for x reason, they have not yet managed to enter it.
The word in question presents a very frequent use at the request of the social ambit, since it is precisely through it that the action of introducing a person into a social group, community, society.
Although human beings are social animals that we are prepared to live in society and interact with our peers in various fields, it is also an undeniable reality that there are many individuals who various factors they are outside of particular groupings or the very societies and communities in which they live.
For example, those people who, because they do not have economic resources are out of access to education, can be, through public education programs and policies included in schools, universities, so that they can, as those that do have resources, study the subject that interests them and finally graduate. Once the individual is received, it will be possible to speak of a satisfactory insertion.
On the other hand and together with education we find work, which also if there is no close possibility of getting it, will demand the implementation of policies and special measures so that the social sector that has been deprived of it can achieve it.
Formally it is known as insertion laborand it is an action that will have as its primary mission to incorporate into the labor market those people who are in a situation of exclusion in this regard.
It should be noted that job placement is essential so that the person can have access to the economic means that allow them to support themselves, both themselves and their family.
Among the most used synonyms for this term we find that of inclusion, which also refers to introduction of something or someone in another thing or in a certain context, and it is also possible to use the word introduction instead, which accounts for the action and consequence of introducing something into something else, or of introducing oneself into some issue or group.
