Definition of public order

The public order It is undoubtedly one of the basic conditions for a society to develop and function effectively without fractures. It is made up of the tandem rules-institutions public and a third element can be added, the society, which must be demonstrated through its actions in accordance with right the I respect towards legal regulations and public authorities just to contribute to the maintenance of that order. Respect for citizens is key when maintaining and guaranteeing public order.

Towards the end of last year, Argentina, more precisely the province of Córdoba , suffered in his own flesh this criminal action that undoubtedly significantly altered the public order of the nation. The criminals, taking advantage of a police strike, took to the streets to rob and deal a severe blow to public order in the province.
The merchants affected by the wave of looting saw how criminals raided their businesses and they destroyed all the merchandise, and also the alarmed neighbors feared that their houses would run the same lucky.
Whenever an event such as the one mentioned ends up affecting social peace and reigning harmony, acts that directly violate the order at hand will be considered.
As a consequence of the tremendous impact caused by the attack on public order, the laws, in most of the world's legislations, are quite harsh for those who dare to break it. And obviously among the punishments we can cite the effective prison sentence and some type of financial sanction if applicable.
