The concept of march is closely related to that of social mobilization since both represent the union of a certain group of people in pursuit of a goal shared by all. The marches and social mobilizations are very common phenomena of the last decades, especially since the middle of the twentieth century and its importance may become such in some cases that the results that are generated have real influence on the political, economic and social structures they face.
In specific terms, a march is a mobilization of a group of people who seek to express their dissatisfaction with a situation, as well as to ask for changes for that situation, etc. The individuals who participate in a march usually have at least one element in common that unites them and fraternalizes them, even if it is for the time that the march lasts (being at the same time capable of take part of other types of expression social and share feelings or ideas with another group of people).
The basic characteristic of a march is the

They are also characterized by the use of flags, banners and posters that express why they are leaving; by a certain ordering spatial and physical and by the existence of organizers who are the ones in charge of the proper development of the event.
