Adaptation of table tennis, with wooden paddles and plastic ball
Table tennis, or ping-pong, as it is also called, is one of the most popular sports and sports in the world. It is an adaptation of tennis whose main characteristics are that the players play the match on a rectangular table, as its name already indicates, and with paddles. wood with which you hit a very small plastic ball that produces a characteristic and singular noise when hit by rackets.

The methodology The game is like that of tennis, the table is divided in two by a net and the objective is for the players with their rackets to make the ball pass from the net hitting the opponent's side, when this does not happen, that is, the ball does not pass the net or leaves the table, the point will be won by the opponent.
The only moment of the game in which the ball must bounce in the first instance in the own field is in the service, after bouncing in the own field it must do so in the rival field. In this way the serve is valid.
As with tennis, the game can be played by two competing players or by a pair facing another. In the latter case the obligation is that the players of the same team hit the ball alternately.
One of the most unique features of this sport, and that are added to those already mentioned, is the great velocity with which it is played, especially those more seasoned players and with greater practice.

Meanwhile, the points obtained by each player add up to one and the participant who adds seven or eleven points, as appropriate, will win the game or set. The winner of the match will be the one who wins two, three, or up to five sets, obviously this will depend on the competence in question.
