There are different types of motivation that a person can experience.
In the context business, a person can receive external motivation through positive reinforcement from the boss who offers employees recognition through positive messages. From an economic point of view, a good salary is also a reason for motivation.
But internally, intrinsic motivation is the true engine of change since in most life situations, the key to change lies in oneself since the person can modify its attitude.
Self realisation
There is a type of intrinsic motivation that connects with the positive sense that a person associates with a experience determined, that is, transcendental motivation shows that valuable meaning that the person gives to a specific action.
In this way, the performance of that action becomes a good in itself and not a means since the person feels satisfied by the simple fact of performing that action. Transcendental motivation in the work context is that experienced by the worker according to their personal values and ethics professional.
For example, a person with transcendental ethics values in a very positive way personal relationships in the company and the practice of fellowship.

One of the clearest examples of transcendental motivation is volunteering. A solidarity practice that shows the volunteer's commitment to a specific entity for which he does not receive any type of payment. compensation financially for his task, however, he does experience enormous compensation emotional thanks to the happiness he feels for the fulfillment that arises from the practice of good.

A person who has a transcendent motivation connects with other people, establishes social ties since affection is also key in solidarity as an engine of happiness in life. This transcendent vision shows a personal commitment to a goal that is considered noble and honest.
