This term comes from the Latin word vulturnos, which means wind warm from the east, while at the social level it includes a feeling of shame in the face of an action committed by mistake by oneself, or to refer to an act of others.
As a general criterion the sensation hot flash occurs during the summer months when the air heats up and humidity levels rise as a result of evaporation of the Water that make up the clouds. When suffering from this sensation, one has the impression of being more heated than indicated by the temperatureenvironment.
The most characteristic symptoms are the following: feeling overwhelmed and tired, increased sweating, redness of the cheeks and mild respiratory distress. Simply put, the body experiences intense heat.
During the menopausal stage, around the age of fifty, some women have sudden hot flashes, which are popularly known as hot flashes.
How to combat it?
In this way, sweating is a cooling mechanism to self-regulate temperature. Subsequently, the sweat evaporates as a result of the heat of the body.
However, when the relative humidity is higher the evaporation of the water that we eliminate is reduced and, consequently, the heat output is less than when the air is dry. In this way, the temperature that the human body perceives increases and at that moment the embarrassment is experienced.
As it is an uncomfortable sensation caused by an increase in the body temperature, we need some kind of relief in order to regulate the body's temperature. To combat hot flashes it is advisable to follow some guidelines: dress in light and breathable clothing, stay in the shade to avoid contact with the sun, drink plenty of water at throughout the day, avoid drinks as they increase dehydration and take fruits and vegetables so that the body recovers from the loss of minerals caused by sweating
A deep sense of shame
The physical sensation of hotness allows us to express an idea that has nothing to do with temperature bodily. Thus, we say that we feel ashamed or we are ashamed when we experience shame for something we have committed or for a circumstance beyond our control that causes us discomfort and discomfort. In the language Popularly, we also say that something is embarrassing when it seems unfortunate, unfair, humiliating or scandalous.
Typically embarrassing or embarrassing situations are those in which unexpected behavior occurs, such as a humiliating defeat, a gaffe, or any performance in which someone behaves in an ridiculous.
