The ambassador is he Diplomatic agent accredited in a foreign country to officially represent the state to which he belongs, the head of the same, such as the president, in the case of a nation with a presidential system, or failing that, at the government from the country where he comes from.
Generally, this officer is appointed by the executive power of his country and once he is in effect in disposition of his position, he must settle in the place in question, that is, the Argentine ambassador to the United States must settle in the corresponding city of that country to carry out his functions. His tasks will be carried out from a building known as an embassy, in which he will be accompanied by specific personnel who will help him carry out his tasks.
Traditionally, both the territory, the personnel, such as the vehicles that correspond to an embassy enjoy what is known as diplomatic immunity.
