The non-personal forms of the verb are the verb forms that do not express the grammatical person who performs the action. They are represented by the infinitive that works like noun, the participle that meets the adjective functions and the gerund which is used as adverb. They are called non-personal forms of the verb because they do not express by themselves the time in which the action occurs.
