Just as in our language, Hello and Goodbye are installed par excellence as the words that are pronounced when wanting to greet or say goodbye to someone, respectively, in Asiatic land, more precisely in India, or in beliefs such as Buddhism, Hinduism, or practices such as yoga, the term that will occupy us next, námaste prevails.
Namaste is basically a greeting in popular use among people, in the places and contexts mentioned, either at the beginning or at the end of a meeting.
This is not always the case or it should be, but it is worth noting that some people accompany the expression of námaste with a slight inclination of their body towards the person who greets and says goodbye at the same time that they join both palms of their hands, as if they were praying.
