Juxtaposed sentences are a type of compound sentence in which two or more sentences are joined without there being any word between them that relates the sentences, such as a conjunction or a relative pronoun. This is why they are called "juxtaposed." The juxtaposition in general consists of linking two grammatical elements without using conjunctions or pronouns that act as links between both elements.

The juxtaposed sentences are separated by punctuation marks.
