Used To
exist three ways to use "used to" in English, with different meanings. It is common to confuse them, even though they convey completely different ideas, so it is important to understand how they are used.
Used to: past habits
To express habits of a person or group, the expression "used to" is used. This expression can be translated as "used to" or "used to."
Subject + used to + Infinitive verb without "to"
This structure is usually accompanied by a circumstantial complement of time.

Negation is constructed like any other sentence in English:
Subject + did not / didn’t + use to + infinitive verb without “to”
When I was a child, I didn’t use to watch a lot of television. (When I was a kid, I didn't use to watch a lot of TV.)
The interrogation also takes the usual form of the past:
Did + subject + use to + verb in the infinitive without "to"
