The preposition "until" It is used to indicate a spatial, temporal and action / event end point. For example: They went canoeing until that it became night. / I was talking with Ignacio until eleven o clock.
The prepositions are links that relate the different elements of a sentence and are used to indicate origin, provenance, address, destination, medium, reason or possession.
Like all prepositions, “Until” is invariable (that is, it has neither gender nor number). Not to be confused with adverb "Until" which works as a synonym for "even" or "even". For example: They all did the exam well, until those who had not studied much.
