In Spanish, words ending in -uno are quite frequent and are usually adjectives Y nouns. For example: horseone, one, breakfastone.
In verbs ending in -unar, the ending -uno refers to the first person singular of the present indicative mood. For example: embetone, acone, toone. And if it has an accent (-unó), it refers to the third person singular or the second person formal of the simple past perfect of the indicative mood. For example: breakfastone, ohone, linkone.
For its part, in those verbs ending in -unir, the sequence -une refers to the first person singular of the Present, indicatively. For example: pone, one, reone.
