In Spanish, there are very few words starting with clu-. For example: club, cluecho, cluNiacense.
Most of these words are foreigners, that is, words that come from other languages.
In this case they are Anglicisms, that is, words from English, which were incorporated into Spanish because there was no word with that meaning (club) or for cultural reasons (cluster, clutch).
But there is also a adjective (cluecho) and two gentile (cluniacense, cluniense) that are typical of Spanish.
