Most adjectives ending in A are feminine (hand ccareful table csquare) and those ending in O are male (affair ccomplicated dog chico). There are also adjectives that are used in the same way to describe a masculine or feminine noun (text cinherent person coherent). In addition, they all vary in number, that is, they can be in the singular or plural (cruel /cwheels).
