Sentences are those syntactic units that have meaning on their own. They are very easy to identify because they are a set of words, or sometimes a single word, always beginning with a capital letter and ending with a period.
The wishful prayers are thats that express any wish. Some people also refer to these sentences under the name of "optional" since in them the person who pronounces them chooses something specific. For example: Hopefully we'll see each other soon.
