The declarative sentences (or declarative) are used to provide accurate and determined information. In this type of sentence there is a certain distance between the author and the reader since the main objective is to provide information and affirm a specific fact. For example: Tomorrow we go on vacation.
Declarative sentences can be used in both written and spoken language. oral. In addition, these sentences are widely used in journalistic or informative stories.
There are two types of declarative sentences: affirmative and negative.
Declarative sentences can use different verb tenses, both past, present and future of the indicative mood. For example: Joaquín broke the cell phone. / The light is off. / Tomorrow will rain.
