The preposition "in" it is used to indicate the time or place of an action, a process or a state; the way something is done; state and means of transport. For example: The family is on his house.
The prepositions are links that relate the different elements of a sentence and are used to indicate origin, provenance, address, destination, medium, reason or possession.
Like all prepositions, “In” is invariable (that is, it has neither gender nor number).
