What is a sentence?

A prayer it is a unit of meaning that expresses complete coherence, that is, it is a syntactic unit with meaning. For example: The judge handed down his sentence.

A sentence can be written or stated orally. In the case of written sentences, what delimits them is the beginning with the capital letter and the ending in a period.

There are several criteria for classifying a sentence.
