20 Examples of Virtues and Defects

The concepts of virtue and defect are associated with most of the disciplines linked to human behavior in society, from the flat Moral and ethic as from the angle of the religion. For example: patience, justice, evil, selfishness.

The Catholic Church dedicates a large number of passages to the concept of virtue, and in one of them it states that 'The end of the virtuous life is to become like God. '.

Socrates and Plato contributed much to the

greek view of virtue, which they synthesized with a series of questions in which the subject intervenes rather chronologically: wisdom allows him to identify the actions are correct, courage allows you to carry them out without fear of retaliation, and self-control allows you to permanently take a notion of the impact of what is being doing.

A default it is a lack of virtues and qualities.
