Example of Addendum to Individual Employment Contract
Job / / November 13, 2021
Contract addendums are made when it is necessary to add or modify something in a contract already signed in advance and can be clauses, paragraphs, compliance or expiration dates, etc.
The same contract can have as many addendums as necessary, since these allow most of the clauses of the same to persist, avoiding the realization of a new contract.
The addendum is an integral part of the entire original contract and its limitations are the same as those legally established by the contract to which it is added.
Example of Addendum to Individual Work Contract:
ADDENDUM TO THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN “EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V. ”, REPRESENTED IN THIS ACT BY LIC. MANUEL PEREZ AVELAR, WHO HEREIN WILL BE CALLED "THE COMPANY" AND ALBERTO MUÑOZ MUÑOZ, TO WHOEVER WILL BE CALLED "THE WORKER" IN THE TENOR OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS AND CLAUSES:
STATEMENTS
I.- THE WORKER DECLARES:
a) That each and every one of the statements made in the Individual Work Contract remain true.
II.- THE COMPANY DECLARES THROUGH ITS REPRESENTATIVE:
a) That he recognizes and accepts the existing employment relationship with "THE WORKER".
b) That it recognizes for all legal purposes that the entry date of "THE WORKER" is from April 11, 1999.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that "THE COMPANY" terminates the employment relationship without just cause, "THE WORKER" will have the right to receive a unique and extraordinary compensation equivalent to 290 days, in addition to the legal compensation that corresponds to it according to the Federal Job.
III.- BOTH PARTIES DECLARE:
a) That on April 11, 2009 the Individual Work Contract begins, the purpose of which is to create an employment relationship between “THE COMPANY” and “THE WORKER”.
b) That it is the will of the parties to sign this addendum and attach it to the aforementioned Individual Work Contract so that it forms an integral part of it.
This addendum is signed in duplicate in Mexico City, Federal District on May 24, 2010.
