This quote corresponds to the construction of a product house, located at Av. Colorado # 632 col. Asparagus, Istapalapa delegation, Mexico D.F.

Soil inspections and corresponding measurements were carried out to determine the materials needed for the ground foundation.

Materials:

Foundation:

1. Liquid suction pump to drain the ground
2. Steel bars to make the foundation bases.
3. Asphalt compound to seal the ground.
4. Forty-five tons of cement
5. 15 tons of one-inch rod
6. Two hydraulic mixers.

Building:

1. One-half and three-quarter inch rod
2. Construction decking
3. High strength cement
4. Mortar
5. Lightweight and high-strength partition for construction

6. Electrical material to carry out the corresponding installation
7. Ventilation material to carry out the corresponding installation.

Costs:
Total cost 259,600 pesos

Services:

Foundation services are offered by our company "Constructora Ramírez S.A." who will employ 53 workers, specialized in the field, and 16 heavy machines, to drain and match the land.

The ground pairing service is offered, with tepetate and insulating asphalt.

Foundation piles will be inserted at the essential points to avoid damage by earthquakes and catastrophes.

We also provide the protection service to neighboring properties, whose objective is to take care of the property of others during the execution of the work.

The approximate time of construction will be a year and a half, consisting of a plot of ninety meters by seventy-five deep. Including the construction of a five meter deep basement and a parking lot at street level for twelve vehicles.
