I hereby oblige myself not to disclose or personally serve the business aspects of EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V. that were of my knowledge with reason for the employment relationship, or provide third parties, verbally or in writing, directly or indirectly, any information about the systems developed and activities of any kind that I observed from EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V. and I will not show third parties the documents, files, writings, articles, contracts, blog, account statements, and other materials and information that have been provided to me by EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V., or that I prepared or formulated in relation to my services, given that these works are property of EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V., forcing me not to use partially or completely any of the related elements or the result of said jobs.

In the opposite case, I am subject to civil liability for damages caused to EJEMPLO DE S.A. DE C.V., as well as the penalties to which it makes me a creditor.
