Speaking of creams, it is important to use them at least twice a day (morning and night) and look for creams that contain certain ingredients to combat cellulite, such as guarana, ginseng, ruscus... each active ingredient is beneficial for one thing or another depending on what is need.
Hot water baths are not recommended for heavy legs. On the contrary, the colder the better, that is why it is good to take the last rinse with cold water, thus avoiding heaviness.
