The term unemployment can have two points of view: the sociological (that which is related to unemployment as a social phenomenon) and the psychological (that which is related to history or experience particular of each person). We understand unemployment as the situation that a person goes through when they do not have a permanent job and, therefore, do not have the means to survive independently (that is, without the assistance of their acquaintances or the Condition). The set of particular situations of unemployment makes it possible to speak of unemployment as a problem sociological, perhaps one of the most serious problems facing a society in regards to its social welfare.
Unemployment can be generated for several reasons. When we understand unemployment as a social phenomenon, economic crises and adjustment measures are generally responsible for unemployment situations that lower the demand of workers, to increase the unsafety of the investments and therefore there are fewer companies or employers available to take on workers. At the same time, we can point out that unemployment has increasingly become a characteristic feature of modern societies in which unemployment
technology is used largely to replace the workforce human. On the other hand, high unemployment values affect the economy of a society since it can be paralyzed in a significant amount of its activities. However, unemployment should never be understood through the limited view of the economy or the sociology since, deep down, unemployment is a problem that seriously affects the reality of the people who suffer it. Usually maintain a situation of unemployment or instability labor It can transform a person's character, mood, abilities, and interests, causing them to become hopeless, depressed, negative, and much more stressed. This is so because normally the term unemployment implies involuntariness in the situation of lack of work.
