The English mode adverbs (Manner Adverbs) They are those in which they describe how or in what way the action of a verb, the attribute of an adjective or the modification of another adverb develops. They are those adverbs that answer the question: How or in what manner? (How or in what way?)
When he arrived, he walked silently in the hall. (How did he walk? Slowly)
She ever spokes kindly to us. (In what manner she spokes? Kindly)
He said it loud and clear. (How said it? Loud and clear)
I have solves difficulty the test. (In what manner have I solves the test? Difficulty)
Many of these adverbs are derived from adjectives, to which the ending –ly is added, which is equivalent in Spanish to the ending –mente.
