Cloning is understood as the process by which two or more cells reproduce identically in some living organism. This process can occur naturally as well as artificially, thanks to the very important advance of the human being when discovering the composition chain DNA human from which the reproductionmobile.
The main element from which to carry out any cloning process is the molecule that is intended to reproduce identically. It is impossible to carry out a cloning process if you do not have a subject to repeat since it cannot be created from scratch. At the same time, it is important to know which section of the material will be reproduced since it is always sought to establish the cloning from some specific need (for example, in the case of some damaged tissue that must be recomposed).
There are several types of cloning, all of which are used in the scientific and health fields. While some of them, such as molecular cloning, are used mainly for laboratory
, chemical and health analyzes, there are others, such as cell cloning, which is used more than anything to give better quality from Health to certain individuals. This second group also includes therapeutic cloning. When talking about cloning, one generally thinks of the controversial practices that they could have as purpose, the development of new individuals from the DNA structures of other subjects already living. However, as shown above, cloning techniques can be useful to humanity in many different ways and not only in health matters, but also in the food engineering, in the development of chemical products, etc. In fact, cloning already applies to humans if this process means the reproduction of damaged and reconstituted tissues, cells or parts of the body.
