Gentleness is a positive virtue in personal relationships since kindness shows the attitude from I respect towards the other by wanting to take care of the little details to make life enjoyable. Gentleness is a deference to the other person, through attitudes and personal details with which a person is courteous.
For example, helping an elderly neighbor lift the shopping cart bags is a kind gesture, a person can also organize a meeting at home and invite her friends to enjoy a relaxed evening in the home. The correct education and good manners are a sign of emotional intelligence in social relationships.

In that case, to this gesture of kindness, the guests also usually correspond with some detail, such as bringing a box of chocolates or a bottle of wine. Any kind of kindness shows a consideration towards that person, it is a positive detail that whoever receives said action values it as a gift emotional since it feels good.

For example, when working as a clerk in a store, the customer values that the professional treats him with courtesy.Is gentleness innate or is it trained? Anyone can acquire greater kindness through experience practice, by educating your own ego, understanding that at certain times it is advisable to give priority to the needs of the other.
For example, in the professional context, kindness to colleagues or clients implies understanding that beyond the state of mind staff, others are not responsible if you have a bad day, therefore, that state of mind should not be an excuse to neglect the good ones manners.
