Diagnosis is the first and most important tool with which a professional health of any area to get closer to the understanding and possible treatment of the sanitary conditions of an individual. The diagnosis is the result of the analysis that is carried out in the first instance and that aims to allow to know the specific characteristics of the given situation in order to act accordingly, suggesting treatment or not. This diagnostic analysis is based on the observation symptoms existing in the present or in the past.
The term diagnosis comes from Latin, diagnosis, a word that in turn has been taken from the Greek and that means "to discern" or "learn"on certain elements. Normally, a diagnostic procedure is suggested in the presence of abnormal elements or symptoms for certain situations according to the parameters commonly accepted as natural. The diagnosis can be applied to confirm or rectify the presence of a disease, as well as to know your evolution
in the case of confirming it. The medical diagnosis can result from different types of analysis, some simpler and superficial but also other more complex and deep, especially in the case of diseases serious. In most cases, in order to complete a proper and accurate diagnosis, one must have with extra material, whether small instruments or complex and sophisticated medical equipment.Although it is closely related to medicine, the word diagnosis can also be applied to other activities. In this sense, a school diagnosis can also be made, a diagnosis of the functioning of a company, of a certain type of device, etc. Each of these cases has its own system of analysis and evaluation of the present characteristics, as well as with a particular way of putting into practice the required action.
