The engineering electronics is another of the important branches into which the engineering, meanwhile, being his base electronics deals precisely with attend, resolve and study issues related to this matter such as: the transformation of the electricity, to control industrial processes, among others.
This type of engineering is made up of a series of technical, practical and theoretical knowledge, which are what will be applied in the technology electronics, such as electrical devices and semiconductors, to solve problems that arise.
His app and utilization occurs mainly in areas such as industry, telecommunications, design electronic instruments and also those that correspond to the world of computing.
In telecommunications, for example, electronic engineering, it deals with processing and transmission massive amount of information through various channels; in industrial processes it has a more control role since it intervenes in the assembly lines. In this field, automatic control using computers is very common today.
In what is strictly linked to power electronics, the engineering in question adapts and transforms electricity to be able to be used in different devices.
It should be noted that in United States and Europe electronic engineering is conceived as a branch of the electric engineering.
Electrical engineering and electronic engineering are quite similar precisely because electricity is the basis of their study and, for example, they share many themes study such as: the theory of circuits and electromagnetism, although, they differ in that the electrical one deals with studying those electrical circuits of high voltage while electronics deals with lower voltage circuits such as semiconductors, the transistor being its fundamental component.
