Example of Dialogue in English Between Doctor and Patient

When a doctor and his patient have a dialogue in English, they use English terms related to health, well-being, physical discomfort and illness. Above all, a series of questions are asked that allow to know the patient's condition, who will be in charge of providing enough information for the doctor to reach a diagnosis. The topics that are covered are very varied, as varied are the sensations of the body.
Dialogues between doctor and patient can be in any tense, since the information that is being collected comes to understand the past, the present and even some habits that have been had for a long time and that last.
