The surveys are information search tools that contain a set of questions and are used by researchers, companies, governments, among others, to collect data on the opinion, interests, tastes, needs and/or characteristics of a population particular, customers or users.
Surveys are part of a fundamental stage of certain academic research processes, business or state, since, firstly, they are carried out in a representative sample of the population. Secondly, they are analyzed and quantifiable results are extracted from them, which are turned into graphs, tables or charts.
Finally, these data representations are studied with the aim of proving or refuting a hypothesis, to know demographic, economic or social statistical variables, to determine what the orientation of consumers is, among others.
In addition, surveys have great advantages, because they are inexpensive, simple and effective in obtaining information on a topic that is related to a population or public specific.
