Good manners are behaviors considered correct and appropriate for each occasion, and are taken as a symbol of good manners. They express qualities such as courtesy and kindness towards others, and are essential for good communication and for strengthening interpersonal relationships.
Depending on the culture in which it is, what for a community may be considered good manners, in another it may not be seen in this way and, it could even reach the opposite, that is, seen as a lack of manners. Good manners as rules
