Skills have as their main characteristic that they are acquired, therefore, the effort, dedication and training will make the person become an expert and acquire mastery in the execution of the task.
With the acquisition of skills, each task improves according to the following aspects:
- Weather. It is done with less use of time as you have more experience.
- Technique. Production techniques are improved and refined over the years.
- Automatism. It becomes easier to carry out the task each time, to the point of being able to do it automatically.
