The nonverbal verb predicate is the one who doesn't have a conjugated verb and whose kernel is a verboid, that is, an infinitive, a participle or a gerund. For example: ¿To camp, us?(the head is an infinitive) /Homework, finished.(the core is a participle) / They, in a hurry.(the head is a gerund)
In the bimember sentences, there are two fundamental constituent types; the subject and the predicate. The predicate It is usually verbal, that is, it has a conjugated verb that serves as the nucleus. For example: Elenachanged the car. (“Elena” is the core of the subject, “changed the car” is the verbal predicate and "changed" is a conjugated verb that fulfills the function of verbal nucleus)
In contrast, verboidal non-verbal predicates have as their nucleus a non-personal form of the verb and, generally, they are separated from the subject by a comma. For example: ¿go to the park now, us?(“we” is the core of the subject, “go to the park now” is the verboidal nonverbal predicate, “go” is the core of the predicate, “to the park” is a
circumstantial complement of place and "now" is a circumstantial of time)In addition, as seen in the previous example, in this type of predicate the verboid can receive verb modifiers, that is, it can be accompanied by circumstantial, of a direct complement, of a indirect compliment, of a attribute, of a predicative complement, of a agent plugin or of a complement regimen.

Types of verboidal nonverbal predicate
There are three different types of verboidal nonverbal predicates:
- Non-verbal verboidal predicate of infinitive. It is one whose nucleus is a infinitive. For example: Live in the city, they. - Non-verbal verboidal predicate of participle. It is one whose nucleus is a participle. For example:The carpet, made by specialists. To determine if a construction is a non-verbal verboid participle predicate, one must be able to add the verb to be conjugated in order to form a sentence of passive voice. - Verboidal nonverbal predicate of gerund. It is one whose nucleus is a gerund. For example: Birds, building the nest. To determine whether a construction is a nonverbal verb gerund predicate, it must be possible to conjugate the verb or replace it with the verbal phrase of being + gerund.
