When an employee commits an administrative offense or begins to have some type of behavior or conduct that is not in accordance with company policies, the Human Resources area gives him an employment warning letter.
This writing is generally used when the employee is about to be fired and is a means of inviting him to change his attitude.
The basic elements that a employment warning letter are: the date the document is issued, the name of the employee to whom it is addressed, the type of offense for which he is being reprimanded, the number of times that attention has been called for the same cause, as well as the sanctions that can be credited if the appearance does not improve mentioned.
Examples of employment warning letter:
Mexico DF. August 2, 2012.
Attention
Ing. Martin Perez Juárez
Present.
Dear Engineer Pérez, in the last month we have observed that you repeatedly absent yourself from your job and leave the building for several hours without any justification, which has caused a serious delay in the projects in which participates.
Said infraction is sanctioned by article 22 of the internal labor regulations, with a suspension without pay or until the termination of their contract, as the case may be.
Taking into account your seniority and past work achievements, this is only a warning, but if we continue to appeal in the same offense we will be forced to apply the regulation.
We hope your behavior improves and your work returns to the quality it has always shown.
Without any other particular for the moment he says goodbye to you,
Sincerely
Lic. Humberto Guadarrama
Dir. Human Resources

This company is completely against this type of attitudes, which are typified in the contract that you signed when entering to work with us.
If this attitude continues, the company will be in dire need of dispensing with its services.
