A motivational speech is the one who addresses a group to encourage them in their activities, making them know the importance of their work and effort to achieve the goals of the organization or community to which they belong, the need for teamwork and the search for growth personal.
They are generally written with phrases in a positive sense, avoiding the use of the words No, never, etc., except when they are used to contrast a negative idea with a positive idea that will be the way to follow, continue.
It is also common to fix individual growth as an integral and important part of a whole, aimed at achieving a common goal and therefore, that each person develops self-confidence herself. It is emphasized that this personal growth will be achieved with much better results through teamwork, which It will also make it possible to achieve with greater efficiency and less effort the proposed ends and those that are set as goals to reach.
Another characteristic is to conceive of obstacles and errors, not in the sense of stumbling blocks in the activity that takes place, but as opportunities for constant improvement of the organization, personal growth and the efficiency of the work group to which they are belongs.
Example of motivational speech:
To our young editors:
More than two thousand years ago, the philosopher Plato said: "Long and tedious is the way through theories, short and effective through examples."
Now, more than two millennia later, we have proposed to make this maxim a reality, albeit in part, by providing all one who yearns for knowledge, an explanation, theory, and a practical example of a subject from the vast field of knowledge human.
And this is where your work, dear fellow editors, takes on vital importance. Your collaboration and experience in writing will help us achieve our objectives, making a complicated topic, an explanation as simple and affordable for anyone.
Each of you has a field where he knows more and will feel more comfortable. But we will ask them to write about topics that they are ignorant of almost everything about. “We are all very ignorant. What happens is that not all of us ignore the same things ”Albert Einstein once said. We want our explanations to be simple, so we will ask you to write about unfamiliar topics. We know they will ask, learn, and then write. "You don't really understand something unless you are able to explain it to your grandmother," Einstein also said. And that is what we expect from you: a clear explanation, in simple words, on a complex subject, which even our grandmother can understand.
Ask your colleagues. Two or three heads are better than one.
Share what you know, because it is the best we can give. Socrates said: “There is only one good: knowledge. There is only one evil, ignorance".
Correct with chivalry and measure. Accept criticism and corrections with modesty and kindness. No one is perfect and we are all exposed to making mistakes, through carelessness or ignorance. Let's avoid closure and make every mistake and every correction an opportunity to improve in our work, for our personal growth and to contribute to the growth of our classmates.
As you know, the goal is to create 1,000 entries this year. We trust you. We trust in your knowledge, in your desire to improve and in your teamwork. But above all, we trust your passion. His passion for learning and transmitting what he has learned. His passion to achieve the goal. His passion for making the complicated something simple.
