Importance of Sleeping 8 Hours that the Body Requests

We all have information about products and strategies to achieve greater physical well-being. However, we often forget something fundamental: if we want to have energy during the day and perform properly, it is necessary to get enough sleep, usually eight hours. Otherwise, our mind becomes dull and we have a feeling of tiredness and discomfort.
Learn to listen to the body
The rest provided by sleep is given by the body's vital rhythms, known as circadian cycles. These cycles are regulated by our internal biological clock and allow us to adapt to daily changes, especially the change between day and night.
Circadian cycles are present in all living beings, including plants. In the case of humans, the biological clock is located in the brain, specifically in a group of neurons located near the optic nerve. In this place, specialized neurons capture daylight and from this information our body knows when it has to sleep. In others words, our brain is synchronized with the light-dark changes that occur during the day.
Regardless of how the circadian cycles of each person work, there is a fundamental question: all we need to sleep more or less eight hours so that daily activities are carried out normally and effectiveness
For some, the need to sleep eight hours is actually a myth, since the number of hours depends on several factors: age, lifestyle and the individual's biological clock.
Apart from the debate about the number of hours we should sleep, it is clear that the rest of sleep has multiple benefits: helps memory, improves the ability to learn complex tasks and power the creativity. Sleep experts affirm that if we do not sleep between 6 and 8 hours, our body reacts negatively, since we suffer from stress, irritability and depression.
The best indicator that we are sleeping the necessary hours is waking up with energy and encouragement to carry out our daily lives. In any case, eight hours to sleep is the valid indicator for most people.
We are larks or owls
Some people are early risers because their biological clock causes them to wake up very early, usually at dawn. These people wake up with energy and want to do things.
Other individuals go to bed very late and if they did not have obligations they would wake up at noon.
The former are known as larks and the latter as owls. The difference between one and the other depends on the biological clock of each individual.
