Since all these contributions are so essential in the integral development of the person, it is more than necessary to increase their relevance both in school and in the family, promoting a greater state of awareness about the most appropriate physical maintenance, while enabling healthy recreation and exchange between people by sharing sports activities and physical exercise, which in turn contributes towards a greater and more efficient social exchange and better emotional and psychological health in those who assume these habits.

But not everything is as simple as putting on comfortable clothes and starting to move, and for this reason physical education has as its main objective to provide people with the necessary knowledge and state-of-the-art, on the best options to exercise according to each case and type of physical activity, since poorly executed muscle and bone work can end in painful consequences.
From the simplest facts such as performing warm-up exercises and stretching prior to any type of exercise, to the correct guidance on how to perform each of movements and efforts, professional technical guidance by a specialized physical trainer depending on the sport, has become a priority fact that has led to the minimization of the risks of suffering injuries, as long as the indications are duly followed, which is why even in multi-strength gyms, the services always include accompaniment of a trainer until the person has developed full control of their exercise routines, also designed professionally and according to the particular conditions of each one.
