When talking about clothing, it must be said that its value revolves especially around its utilitarian function, that is, the one that has to do with the protection and shelter of the body.
Human beings from the beginning of their existence needed to have some kind of garment that would allow them to defend their body from the inhospitable and harsh climate, as well as possible diseases.
While the clothing of the first men was primitive and very simple, made based on animal elements available, the man of Antiquity managed to develop sublime clothing items that many would envy today in day.

Knowing how to dress will imply the availability of a high degree of self-knowledge and personal common sense, that is, knowing what suits us and what doesn't, what is more or less comfortable to use depending on the occasion or activity that is carried out cape.
If we have to attend an activity in the countryside, we cannot go with a party dress, or if we have a commitment related to religion, we cannot attend with an attire. provocative, because in both circumstances we will be out of tune with the "protocol" of clothing that is usually recommended in such cases, something comfortable and simple, and serious and demure, respectively.
