A warranty policy is a document issued by the manufacturer of an item or device, to guarantee repair, exchange and refund in case the device fails within a certain period. Generally, warranty policies have a duration of between three months to five years, depending on the item in question.
Guarantee policies can also be for repairs or services, where individuals or companies establish a specific period to respond to any damage.

Guarantee that covers any damage caused by proper use, or for any damage attributable to the manufacture of the device.
The guarantee will cover the expenses of:
- Programming
- Installation
- Factory damage
That could be attributed to the device in the mentioned period.
Warranty invalidity
This guarantee is invalid in the following cases:
- That the device is hit
- That the appliance has been opened
- That it has had a use outside of its specifications.
- Failure to follow instructions causing damage.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the appliance
- Repairs by unauthorized personnel
- Expiration of the warranty period.

Note: In case of loss, this guarantee can be renewed with the corresponding purchase receipt or invoice.

This warranty covers problems caused by repair, such as:
- Burned out of the coils
- Starter failure
- Water leaks
- Mechanical seal failure
- Impeller fault
Warranty invalidity
This guarantee is invalid in the following cases:
- That the appliance has been opened
- That it has had a use outside of its specifications.
This warranty does not cover:

- Repairs by personnel from another workshop
- Expiration of the warranty period.
