Importance of Obligations

life in the different Social groups in which we develop leads us to carry out different activities that lead us to Collapse Rights that guarantee respect for it (as in the case of carrying out a job, where we have the right to receive the salary corresponding) while on the other hand we have to incur the Compliance with Obligations, this being a responsibility that we assume when we accept and form part of said group.
This duality is generally manifested in the form of Explicit Rules, being those issued by a competent authority or agreed by the drafting of a Regulation, where it will be established expressly and in writing the different Responsibilities and Guarantees, while on the other hand we find the Implicit Norms, which do not necessarily have to be written but are simply accepted taking into account the common sense that will guarantee a Good Coexistence among group members.
There are different levels of Obligations, each of them having a Degree of Responsibility, being perhaps the best known that of the
Legal Obligations, being then the Power of Justice that is proposed and established by the regulations of the State who is in charge of fighting for the fulfillment of the Legal Laws that are applied to all citizens within a given territory (Jurisdiction, over which an agency will have jurisdiction)On the other hand we have those that are linked more than anything to the Family and Social Groups, being related to the actions that we carry out voluntarily and as part of a process of Socialization, occupying a particular Role within a certain group and therefore having the need to Obey to guarantee the well-being of all its members, establishing in compensation the Rights that allow us that our freedom or well-being is not threatened by others.
