A loan receipt It is a commercial document that states that an amount of money has been delivered, or certain objects as a loan, to a person with the promise to return what is expressed there in the time and conditions stipulated in the receipt.
A loan receipt It is useful for the parties involved in the operation, since the grantor has proof of having delivered the money or goods and the other party acknowledges the conditions in which they have been received.
Example of loan receipt:
In Mexico City on October 15, 2012, Mr. Alfredo Villagrán met, who accredits living in Calle 57 Number 12 interior 3 of this city and that for this purpose he presents a copy of the telephone receipt identifying himself with valid Passport No. B-123456 and Mr. Ramiro Juárez Domínguez residing at Av. Héroes del 17 No. 1543 in this same city, presenting a copy of the electricity bill and identifying himself with Passport No. B987654.
Both parties intervene in their own name and will and with the ability to contract a loan with interest in accordance with the following Clauses:
First: Mr. Alfredo Villagrán, hereinafter named The Lender, has delivered the amount of $ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand pesos 00/100) as a loan to Mr. Ramiro Juárez Domínguez, hereinafter El Borrower.
Second: The Borrower agrees to return the amount received in a single installment and within a period of no more than 6 months.
Third: The loan will bear an interest of 4% per month, which the Borrower must deliver to the Lender every 5th day of each month.
Fourth: In case of not liquidating the capital and interest within the agreed term, late fees of 1% per month will be charged until the amount granted is settled.
Fifth: In the event of any controversy that arises between the parties, they agree to submit to the courts of Mexico City.
In proof of conformity, both parties sign this receipt in duplicate in the place and on the date indicated in the header.
