Importance of Perception

Perception comes from the verb perceive, and can be used in different contexts, but we can recognize at least two, used on a daily basis: the first of these contexts, This is when we must refer to a perception as a tax or withholding tax according to a investment, purchase or production of goods and services; while also perception is the look, the point of view of a person determined in the face of a specific situation, which emerges from the ideology, convictions and ultimately, all the aspects that lead a person to perceive a certain fact in one way or another.
In the first case, the perception as a tax is used in most countries, and they must be established through laws that regulate their validity and updating. For example, the Tax on Value added (I.V.A) is a perception common to almost all countries in the world. In some countries, the State establishes perceptions in the purchase of luxury products, as is the case of automobiles or when a person becomes a creditor of a prize in a contest or game of chance, must also (in many countries) comply with a perception to the State (the percentage varies depending on each country in particular).
On the other hand, Perception as point of view is intrinsically related to the sensations and emotions, and also in a special way with the senses of the person, which is why each person has the capacity to receive stimuli from the outside and incorporate them as sensations.
For example, a person is capable of perceiving if a friend has been behaving indifferently for some time, and consequently, he can act by repaying with the same attitude or starting a conversation with the friend to talk about this situation and clarify the things. In the same way, the same person, faced with a certain fact, can derive an opinion from his own perception of it. For example, faced with an increase in traffic accidents in which motorcycles are protagonists, a person can express whether he perceives that this situation is a social problem, reflect on the causes, on the consequences of specific attitudes (such as the use of a helmet or driving vehicles at high speeds).
