Importance of Agricultural Production

Since time immemorial, man has worked the land for the production of their own food. However, there is a milestone that should not be missed when it comes to agricultural production. By perfecting the production techniques, they could increase their productive capacity, and therefore, in addition to self-sufficient, they found that they had surpluses of vegetables or animals that they could barter with their neighbors for other vegetables or animals that they did not produce.

In this way, and even when thousands of years separate us in time, at present the commercial logic of agricultural production is the same, although with the difference that, most of us, we do not produce our own food but we leave it in the hands of producers agricultural. Agricultural production includes two large branches within it: on the one hand, the agriculture, which is the cultivation of vegetables of any type (legumes, oilseeds, leafy vegetables, etc.), and on the other hand, the cattle raising, which is the production of livestock, also of any type (cattle, pigs, goats, etc.).
