Greeting
The initial salutation prepares the recipient for the content of the letter. In formal letters, this could be as simple as "Dear [Recipient's Name]," while in informal letters it could be something more relaxed like "Dear [Receiver's Name]," or even "Hello!"
Body
This is the core of the letter. This is where the information is presented or the main message is conveyed. Depending on the type of letter, the body may contain several paragraphs dealing with different topics or points.
Farewell
Similar to the salutation, the farewell offers closure to the message. It can be formal like "Sincerely" or informal like "Love" or "See you later."
Signature
Last but not least, the signature authenticates the letter. On digital letters, a typed signature may suffice, but on printed letters, a handwritten signature adds a personal touch.
