The introductory letter also called introductory cover letter It is generally used in Administration, and its objective is to inform for the first time the basic parameters of a project.
Introductory letters are also used in school matters to announce theses or projects and in public administration to outline projects.
On some occasions it has attached material such as photographs, tables, sketches, etc.
Its format is made to be delivered personally as if it were a promotion, and not to be sent by post.

The Vida fertil S.C association that I preside has the project of reforesting the Cerro del Tejano, for which we have collected a total of 250,000 American pine trees, which are suitable for biological integration into the ecosystem.
The project contemplates the meeting of children from state schools who would have to plant a tree for each one, thus hoping to reforest 30% of the Tejano hill.
We hope that your support will be granted, as well as the protection and care of children for public safety, which is will be complemented with the participation of parents and teachers, this in case the project.
The reforestation would take place in the month of May of this year and we would have the participation of all the local primary and secondary school students.
Likewise, this project also includes supporting children with a snack and an ecology brochure, for which we require your support and sponsorship.
