A proof of absences It is a document that can be external or internal within companies.

It becomes a document of external order, when the receipt must be made by a person outside the work or study center.

It is a document of internal order when it is presented by the interested party within the company in which he works at the hierarchical superior either to justify the absences he has had in his work or to report the absences in which will incur.

With this form, I inform you of the causes that motivated my absences during the last week, specifically on days 8, 9, 10, 11, of the present, in which I found myself unable to go to my job, because the train system that transfers me stopped working without being able to communicate it.

As I was unable to move and the communication system was partially cut off due to weather effects beyond my control, I was forced to stay out of work.

It is until Friday 12 of the present that I was able to move and communicate with the company and therefore it is that I present this proof of absences.
