When it is not possible to attend a person's funeral and you want to express condolences to your loved ones, it is necessary to send a mourning note to the family members who are going through such a difficult time. In this, the person to whom it is addressed should feel the affection, understanding and support in those moments.
The mourning note It must be written as soon as the event is known, it must be written by hand and briefly express the regret that is felt. The name of the person to whom the condolences are addressed, as well as the name of the person who has died, must be expressly written. If the deceased was the person with whom you had contact, a reference must be given so that the relatives can locate who wrote the note.
It is necessary to pay special attention in the writing of the mourning note and in the message that you want to convey, since at these times people are very sensitive and something said out of place can produce an unwanted effect.
The main reason for making a
mourning noteMore than a letter, it is to be brief in presenting condolences as soon as possible, when it is not possible to do so in person. The mourning note It can end up offering unconditional help to the bereaved and with the name of the person who writes it.
