Sample Request For Extraordinary Exams

The request for extraordinary exams It is a document that a student directs to an educational institution, to request one or more exams, to accredit the subjects that have been failed during the regular period of examinations, concerning the different subjects taken in the period school.

It should be noted that some educational institutions have their own formats, and therefore the data contained in it may differ from each other.

In a request for extraordinary exams certain basic data are included such as:

• Student data.
• Registration number.
• Subject and grade of which the exam is intended.
• If there are several dates for the presentation of the exam, specify the date on which you intend to take the extraordinary exam. (It is usually located in the upper left part and at other times there may be a calendar with the dates and times when the exam can be taken).
• Student's signature.
